Ahhhh! Today is the 27th of October. It is just shy of 7:15 in the morning and I just showered. I’m feeling good today!
I talk to my counselor today. I am looking forward to sharing my recent poetry and progress with her. My jaw is still a bit tender. It “popped” the other day. This week’s gym schedule started a day late. I will go again tomorrow with my therapist.
I am currently finishing my Tea-Yogurt-Cereal breakfast. It is cloudy and windy out. I’m glad it feels like I’m on my grind again. I do not need to waste my energy humoring stressors over blessings.
