Hey Matt! Exciting news for this Thursday: we’re having a killer chest workout session at home. Get ready for some serious gains and an insane pump! We’ll be hitting different angles with exercises like the inclined dumbbell press, and of course, we’ll be angling the bench at 45 degrees for extra intensity. It’s going to be epic! Make sure you come prepared because we’re going all out. Can’t wait to crush it together and take our chests to the next level!
We will also incline the workout bench I have and work on some incline bench tricep extensions with the 15’s!
We’ll start light with a few sets of 8-10. Imagine how my arms are going to look when I can do 100 reps a day!
