It’s Monday! I will be seeing you tonight. As discussed, it’ll be CHEST on the chopping block. I am looking forward to our session, but I wanted to congratulate you a bit.
I can’t remember the last time I’ve felt post-session gym soreness for 4 days post session. Don’t sweat it, I’m just feeling the same exact stiffness and tenderness that I woke up the day after our day hitting Back and Shoulders Thursday.
I’m just now recalling the FACE PULLS and ROWS we did. We’ll be talking about that don’t worry.
