1-12 Writing To Recover
Here it is. I’m feeling “eh” at the moment. This writing should help. Five strong ascents, five downclimbs, 300 ft. of climbing wall covered last night, morning routine finished by 7:30a this morning, nutritious breakfast (eggs).. Forget that it’s raining outside.
Tears on my windowsill? I think not. My head is high. See… this is how I kick off a good day!
1. I ACKNOWLEDGE MY STRENGTHS/ VALIDATE THEM
2. I GIVE THANKS FOR EVERYTHING – PRAY!
3. WALKED STRAIGHT TO THIS SHOWER THIS MORNING, FINISHED THAT BY 6:30a!
4. ATE TO GROW, REBUILD. (FOUR EGGS+1 BANANA!)
