B4 6

Get @me before 6 if you want to get on my schedule is all I’m saying.  I want you to be part of my day, believe me.  The earlier I know you want to be part of my day the better. I front load because if I don’t I will hear about it. Me being “non-proactive” is not an option.  Turn the lights down, my eyes are not used to being open yet.

It’s 7:10. I’m glad I’m involved in this month-long fitness accountability challenge. Yesterday, I worked out 3 times ranging from 30-90 minutes each time.

I have mixed feelings about my in-home physical therapy. It’s only been one day so I’m going to try to give it some grace and trust God things will align well.

As of right now, I’m not supposed to walk by myself. I think that’s a reasonable protocol. We wouldn’t want to allow room for me to fall and hurt myself. I’m kind of a big dude. I find it a bit scary asking an 85 lb pixie dust therapist to catch me if I start to fall. That’s all. I like to push the limits, not tiptoe around the tulips. That specific ask is pretty draining.  JV is not assuring in this case. I think I’d do much better having a Varsity team linebacker or strong safety monitoring me walk and catching me if I trip than someone half my size.  Call me unreasonable.
