It’s All About Efficiency


Long awaited, timed ADL’s are now part of my routine!

I even performed at an accelerated rate today so all future timed ambitions are going to need to be at that pace or better!  Statement made!

Awake at 6:35
Breakfast done at 7:42
Dishes done by 8:01
Studying notes by 8:20
Hygiene and shave done by 8:30


^ That’s just my AM routine too.  Less than 2 hours to get completely settled independently and ready to tackle my next activity is quite impressive.

This week’s schedule be looking jam-packed too:

M – Horse, Manning my stand/time outside, Blogging

(1 hr + 2 hrs + 1 hr) (4 hrs)

T – Therapy, Gym, hour or two outside

(3 hrs + 1 hr + 2 hrs) (6 hrs)

(LEGS)

W – Standing with walker outside, Rock Climbing

(2 hrs + 2 hrs) (4 hrs)

Th – Therapy, Gym, hour or two outside

(1 hr + 2 hrs + 1 hr) (4 hrs)

(CHEST)

F – Time Outside (2 hrs)

Sa – Gym, time outside. (2 hrs + 2 hrs) (4hrs)

(BACK AND SHOULDERS)

4 days at (4 hours a day) + 1 (6 hour day) + 1 (2 hour day) = 24 hour this week
