You’re all lucky I’m steering this ship.  I’ve been pretty good about not calling people out individually, I’m proud to say.  Whether you take full advantage of what we offer or not is on you from this point out.

This week’s post hopes to emphasize what we feel needs attention.  Counsel with a fellow fitness professional this past weekend left me searching for answers.  No lie, I brought up my frustration with the scarcity of dedicated individuals.  He agreed.
