I’m just going to start today’s post with what’s currently on my mind so I can get past it.
I just texted my trainer explaining that I think we should avoid working my legs more than once a week. Truth be told, Saturday we only worked legs very lightly. Since that session, I’ve been having more difficulty than usual advancing my legs.

Last night I reached out to another athlete and got the go ahead to add him to the Coach’s Page, KyleKeech.org. Keep an eye out for Mr. Jerome “The Conqueror” Conquest. I will be doing my part to learn more about him. Before the end of our conversation, HE brought up him letting his team know more about what we do. I didn’t even have to bring it up!
