My roller coaster of a week left me thinking one thing, AT LEAST I DID WHAT I HAD TO, TO ENSURE ALL MY PEAKS AND VALLEYS ALL REMAINED IN THE POSITIVE RANGE.
“It’s like, take that world!” From the incompetence of others getting brushed off to me not caring each of my descents down the 30 foot wall last night included multiple back flips..
Knowing to only focus on the positives shows discipline.
Climbing last night, I made it up the wall FOUR TIMES before I left. EACH TIME was literally faster than the last. Even my dude climbing BEHIND ME, Steve was acknowledging and recognizing the facts out loud. That made me feel good.
Having tuned into Facebook all week, I’m sure you are already caught up on my meeting with the wonderful group of people at PATF, my distaste for the pathetic “evaluation” at HEALTHSOUTH Rehabilitation Hospital and my realization that now I AM THE ONE EVALUATING MY therapists, coaches and lifting partners
Don’t be mad about fun being had all while making moves. I have my techniques and you have yours. That’s fine. Do you!
HAVE A GREAT SESSION TOMORROW MORNING!
CHECK OUT PATF‘s new button on the Friends Page of teamIBK.com, their site looks to be a wonderful resource full of information and strategies to help you create a better life for yourself.
THAT’S ALL, I GOTTA’ GET BACK TO MY LAPS!
