You’re feeling it right?
Finishing your weeks on a good note is important. I’m sure after LEG DAY, CHEST DAY and BACK AND SHOUDERS you were hardly able to move without wincing a bit. That’s goood.
One thing I noticed was by being ready to lift before you actually do, taking that extra 20 minutes to plan out your sessions before you start will eliminate most if not all hesitations between sets. Breaking down each set, each rep and every weight added and PUTTING IT IN WRITING will help tremendously.
