POETRY:

In the realm of support, two belts stand tall,
One for lifting weight, the other to not fall.
The gait belt gently guides steps with care,
While the powerlifting belt amps up strength to bear.

One whispers safety, the other roars might,
Both on opposite ends, yet equally right.
One aids the frail, a steady hand to hold,
The other empowers, turning iron cold.

With a gait belt’s soft touch, a stroll finds ease,
In a powerlifting belt, muscles seize.
One for the cautious, the other for the bold,
Both belts, in their way, stories unfold.

So here’s to the belts, so different, so near,
Guiding our journeys, year after year.
