These stars, man!!! I’ll tell ya.. As of right now, I have 2 (TWO!) appointments to train with/ work out with friends tomorrow. I’m definitely following through on my responsibilities!

I’ll aim to post this post as soon as I’m done so I don’t need to worry about it tomorrow.
Tomorrow at 8a: I’ll be working one on one with Beverly S. at my home. We will focus on stretches and bagwork. I’ll get her set up on my training team and some info on moving forward with what she can do at home. (60 minutes)

Tomorrow at 6p: I’ll be working one on one with Clay C. We will be hitting LEGS at the local gym.
As per usual:
Squats, extensions, hamstring curls, treadmill. (90 minutes)
