Week of 11/12 detailed.


Good morning!
It’s Monday, November 12.  I hope you’re moving and having a good start to your day.  I’ve already had my fluids, my breakfast and my vitamins this morning.

I’ll be hitting LEGS tonight with my buddy, Nick.

Training with my personal trainer, Bobby is scheduled for Wednesday evening this week.  I have climbing Thursday, so our session Wednesday will be bike work and something else light.
