Today’s agenda you can bet started with a full bottle of water being ingested. Cream Chipped Beef, OJ, and a Hard-boiled Egg.  I just followed through with my morning workout routine and am looking forward to the rest of today’s activities.  This afternoon I’ll be joining the group at STEPS before meeting up with my personal trainer Bobby C.!
