Hi. I’m Kyle. I am 20+ years post life-changing automobile accident. I’m getting stronger every single day. I work out, blog, write poetry and work on myself to upgrade my potential and that of a future wife’s as much as humanly possible. I’m a bit shy. I should work on learning how to ask for help more.
We are here to help prove that any person that wants to exceed, prove others wrong or stand on their own.. IS perfectly able to do so.

Help Kyle Get His Own Bike
Kyle’s triumphant return to competition was this past summer. He borrowed a bike to train for and participate in IM ABLE’s annual Duathlon as part of relay team. He loved it. “Training was therapy, but it was fun too. You have to make it happen,” says Kyle. “You can’t just sit there and wait.”
