Meet Kyle

Hi. I’m Kyle. I am 20+ years post life-changing automobile accident. I’m getting stronger every single day. I work out, blog, write poetry and work on myself to upgrade my potential and that of a future wife’s as much as humanly possible. I’m a bit shy. I should work on learning how to ask for help more.

We are here to help prove that any person that wants to exceed, prove others wrong or stand on their own.. IS perfectly able to do so.
We will help in any way that we can.  Do not mind us basing most of our content on LIFTING..  It’s what we love to do.

Weight training, we feel has yet to get the respect it is owed.  Check out all the new updates to see what you’ve always wanted to get out of PHYSICAL ABILITY getting the respect it deserves.

Help Kyle Get His Own Bike

Kyle’s triumphant return to competition was this past summer. He borrowed a bike to train for and participate in IM ABLE’s annual Duathlon as part of relay team. He loved it. “Training was therapy, but it was fun too. You have to make it happen,” says Kyle. “You can’t just sit there and wait.”

Your gift has power – your donation today will help us say “YES” to Kyle and anyone else who just needs the proper adaptive equipment to get off the sidelines and into the action.
