#She wants more reps.. Lol, increased reps are what she gets!

Note:  I be working out, fresh out of bed (Sit to Stands off bed)(x10’s), on the stretching table (Curls, Presses, Extensions)(x30’s), at the heavybag (Punching)(x10 min’s) and at the rack (Overhead Presses)(x10-30’s) THREE-FOUR TIMES A DAY!!
