Calls Are Being Made
Call this one the ace! I’ll lace all my contents full of inspiring quotes, hidden puzzles and maps on how to find my heart infringed upon by exterior threats. Listen, please. Don’t count on me speaking fluently. These vocal chords have been beaten and battered.
I hold it all in. Aggressiveness towards my gracefulness gets answered in haste most days. Minding my own seems to get the ants marching still. Yet, moving mountains remains number one on my priority list, daily. Why would I not feed seagulls? I got bread overflowing this loaf-sized bag. I got ambitious goals. Selective listening, bracelet wearing, proposals, marriage, child-rearing, college savings, ROI, asset accumulation, vacations, and handcrafted retirement portfolios. It’s all on cruise control.
Being extra proactive for me includes being the first to jump in the shower, clearing my own plate and getting to the gym as much as I possibly can. I’m holding that place in my heart sacred. I’m busy putting God first in a world that loves to hate, before most things. I’m still squinting. I want to be directed and encouraged into a loving embrace.
