Ok Friend,
I’m tuned in early today!  I have kik up streaming my drafting and the creative construction of my future LIVE right now.  I found a pair of headphones that is further creating a lane I can and will utilize to maximize my impact.  Typing and writing poetry, and focused content on my laptop WHILE streaming on the IPad is super efficient.  This allows me to utilize my cellphone to communicate and share resources at the same time.  I do look half decent sporting a pair of gym shorts and a maroon Nike shirt.

Planning for next week:

Ok so that improved walking on the treadmill is definitely felt the next day.
I just did 2 sets of 20 curls and 20 presses. (11:45 on 07/20/2022)

My legs are working better on the treadmill but like last night, for now not pushing things is probably smart.
Might aim and start to limit those sets to 5 minutes so I’m not feeling it as much the following day.
Good baseline in my head.

No therapy next week.
M- Legs @ gym, 5 min on treadmill, Hamstrings, Extensions, Squats
T -STEPS, 5 minutes on treadmill
W – Gym, Chest, 5 minutes on treadmill, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Lat Pulldowns
Th – Gym, Back and Shoulders, Shoulder Press, I Lat Pulldowns, Seated Rows
F – Gym, Biceps and Triceps, 5 minutes on treadmill
Lat Pulldowns, Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Biceps Curls, Triceps Extensions
