8:27am and showering, eating, and 2 sets of HBRW are DONE! I had oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, an orange juice and coffee for breakfast.
I touched base with my therapist this morning and today’s session is a go! I’m glad I upped my delivery this week with the incorporation of Home Based Rehabilitation Work. Remember, that will be on a week-on, week-off schedule. By the time I’m done 4-5 sets, my legs are jello-like and hardly functioning. I have 2-3 more laps to do today.
At this point in life. muscle soreness and discomfort are not only half-anticipated, they give me a bit of hope. Pain and soreness are signs of progression and outcome. “I’m putting the work in!” “STILL”
Intentional, deliberate and purposeful decisions and actions will eventually lead you in the right direction. That’s why efficiency is so important to me. Be intentional. Be decisive. Have purpose. WORK towards your goals as much as you can. Work smarter AND work harder. If what you’ve been doing hasn’t been giving the results you want, get there another way. See real results. In my life, I often master tactics then find new ones to practice WHILE staying positive about old tactics. Fire on all cylinders! Attack from every angle possible. Give ‘em the old 1-2! You go high, I’ll go low!
I’m not sure about you, but I know I’d rather say I didn’t reach my goal today because I worked my body too hard yesterday than know I saw a shut door last week and decided not to work at it again.
Thank you for finding me and not letting go! I had been hoping for such consistency since I can’t remember when. I am a tank, but even machines need maintenance and TLC to run their best.
