Sayonara, Squatters!

Hey Babe, (yea, I’m calling you “babe,” now),

I hope you had a great day. It’s only 6:30p but I’m in bed already. Got back to the climbing gym tonight after missing a few weeks due to Covid. Didn’t do as well as I should have. I was on the wall the whole time, I just didn’t make much vertical progress.

I do have therapy tomorrow. We’ll hit biceps and triceps at the gym.

Chest Press: 4 sets of 15

Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 15

Biceps Curls: 4 sets of 15

Triceps Extensions: 4 sets of 15
