Tonight, I walked on the treadmill for a total of 20 minutes.
I just got home from this morning’s usual session. We hit legs. I started with Hamstring curls, sets of 15. They were followed by extensions, again sets of 15 to 25 actually. I did a bunch of Lat Pulldowns to wind down.
Last night I started watching The Shack. This movie has/ had me tearing up last night, watching this morning and right now.
I am learning to be at ease with past decisions and missed realizations. I’m excited about giving myself and those around me Grace.
