Talking helps.  Sharing honest wants helps.  I am back “in black (and white!)”  Bellowing how much I want to love and cherish a great woman and potential future family from the mountain tops IS my common go-to.  Facts are facts and fessing up to what actually leaves me timid, scared and queasy SHOULD be enough.  Being transparent to a T minimizes the haunting effects guilt can play.  I am more man than I give myself credit for.
