Not to bog you down with technical language and nouns but the way I see it, sometimes you need to clap for your own dam self! This letter should count as a benchmark or highlight, in my metacognitive expansion. I USED TO flinch thinking nobody could possibly assimilate with proven tactics to beast-mode this. I’m currently sweeping the floor of those doormats telling me to get lost and just save it! I’m currently making moves that prove a bunch I’d rather not even mention.
Doing sets of 15-20 biceps curls and shoulder presses in between paragraphs is exactly how I’m staying focused! Little pink, 5 lb dumbbells will look extra cute being curled in your hands! I can’t wait to see that!
