I am literally humming and singing out loud right now. I plan on practicing, reciting and recording this text to step it up on my end!
It is 2 minutes of 9:00 and I am working on my third document, slash second thermos full of coffee, doll. I’m feeling good. I’m feeling great. I’m appreciating life more bravely than before. Firing blanks doesn’t even cause these girls to flinch, anymore.
Anyways, LOVEBUG, stay in your lane for your own good. That’s been my go-to for the past twenty some years and I’m in the best shape of my life, mentally, physically, spiritually and alike.

Not to bog you down with technical language and nouns but the way I see it, sometimes you need to clap for your own dam self! This letter should count as a benchmark or highlight, in my metacognitive expansion. I USED TO flinch thinking nobody could possibly assimilate with proven tactics to beast-mode this. I’m currently sweeping the floor of those doormats telling me to get lost and just save it! I’m currently making moves that prove a bunch I’d rather not even mention.
Doing sets of 15-20 biceps curls and shoulder presses in between paragraphs is exactly how I’m staying focused! Little pink, 5 lb dumbbells will look extra cute being curled in your hands! I can’t wait to see that!
It feels like it’s been years since I’ve seen ya. Make sure you listen to sis and start unbottling those pent up emotions! I am here for you if you need a clean target to just unload on. Listen, mindfully to tracks you know inside and out, hear newness!
