RJ!!!! My friend, Steve relayed to me that you were looking for a partner in crime, someone to help you push the limits in the gym! Props for being in the gym!
My name is Kyle. I’m about to be 33. I, too currently use a chair PART TIME. I’m some 20 years post-injury. I’m still on the come-up man! Steve messaged you my number to text.
Even if we don’t connect in person and scream at each other while training, I’d be honored to come up with a personalized program or two that you can do on your own.
My “programs” lend insights on proper nutrition, exercise, financial growth and progress. I’ll steer away from sharing everything all at once to create some curiosity. I’m still learning and growing too, I want you to know that. Nothing’s going to work out if you’re not invested in it.
I am not a medical doctor. I want to make sure I state that early. You too may be full of foolish fears. That’s ok, bury that ish. Mind over matter, bud!
Stay in your lane, value those going in the same direction as you a bit more. Be glad, the opposing forces are there too. They will sharpen your spear.
I have limited leg strength, mostly in my hamstrings. My quads overpower them without even trying. Let me know if I need to soften my approach talking to you. I, myself often push people too hard.
For today’s exercise, check your calendar. Let me know how many days a week you can devote up to an hour a day, to your success. Feel free to comment below!
Once we have that ironed out, we can schedule your first week of lifts. LEG DAY, CHEST AND TRICEPS, BACK AND SHOULDERS AND BICEPS… you get the idea!
I’ll look forward to hearing from you! – Kyle
