Here it is quarter to 11. I’ve already massacred the leg equipment at the gym, napped, drank some protein and am logged into my telehealth therapy session 20 minutes early! It’s called smooth sailing. Think about this, if procrastination is a big barrier for you, that’s on you. Stop finding reasons to stay at the same place you were yesterday. I sincerely hope if there is any dwelling still going around in your brain, you realize that’s a huge waste of energy! MOVE!
