This is THE BANG destined to get your motor running tomorrow, 07/20/2020 morning! It’s just about supper time here Sunday evening. I had another stellar week last week. Apologies for letting my grief-induced rants of late seem out of place. 6 one-a-days a week is getting to be too static.

Tomorrow’s schedule has me starting out by showering and eating by 5-5:30a, hitting the gym for an hour by 8, resting and knocking my 3 hour CRT session out of the park at 2:30.
5:30-6:30 (1 hour)
8:00-9:00 (1 hour)
2:30-5:30 (3 hours) (5 hours)

Tuesday should be lighter with a 90 minute gym schedule. (1.5 hours)

Wednesday, 07/22/2020 should start with a 90 minute gym session, give or take then getting through another 3 hour CRT session. (4.5 hours)

Thursday’s 90 minute gym session ought to be early in the day. I do participate in STEPS from 12:30-4:30. (5.5 hours)

5+1.5+4.5+5.5 =16.5 hours ✌🏻 out. #anticipaterest
