Hi. My name is Kyle Keech. I want to thank you, show gratitude for sharing all the insights and expertise you overflow with 24/7.
I’m working on becoming MY best version of you. I currently run a fitness and motivation website based on recovery and rehabilitation. I am 31 years old and I graduated from Penn State University in 2013 with a degree in Telecommunications. When I was 13, I was involved in a pretty crazy car accident. I took the brunt of it. Heart surgery, head injury, the whole nine yards.
I’m still doing my best to get back to full physical independence.
Since my insights on the injury recovery world revolve around personal experience AND I love to write, I started a blog. It pretty much follows my comeback and journey but serves to inform and guide as well.
I do that and work out as my main forms of therapy. Both fitness and recovery are giant industries. I’ve struggled securing a niche that pays for living expenses even on my own. I do have outside support I’ve been doing my best to take advantage of. Both a web development company and a team of leaders in the sports and fitness world.
I’d love to hear your input on my work and that you might have a few joules of energy to shoot my way!
I look forward to chatting!
