Wake Up, F.I.P, Breakfast, Shower, and (AM) Lift.
^ First four tasks on my to-do planner today.

 
Writing/ Work, Rest, Horse and Rest again are next. Tentatively, my trainee’s father is planning to pick me up at 4:00 to train with his son. I did get today’s first 2 or 3 items checked off my list within the first hour or two of the day.

Talk about jam-packed and organized! I already planned out our session to include:
Treadmill
Box Squats
Standing Calf Extensions
Abduction
Adduction
Treadmill

I’m not looking at my notepad right now but that’s how I recall it going. In case you are wondering what exactly F.I.P stands for, it’s Fluid Intake Protocol.

My Fluid Intake Protocol resembles the A.M and P.M hydration schedules of the Core 4. I start each day with 1 to 2 ounces of Go-Yin, a packet of Energy mixed with 6 to 8 ounces of water and a scoop of Organic Sulfur. I am still adding the Daily Build to my lunch as well.

IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT TO CONSUME, BUT I AM IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE AS WE SPEAK!
Focusing on output has never produced better results.
My wellness and health are bar-none and my muscles keep growing!

Stay the course, trust the process and have faith are often repeated daily. I’m okay with that.
-All I need to do is KEEP PUSHING!
