Let’s see, I’m writing this week’s post on my phone…
I had a great week last week and tomorrow should be the start of another.
Monday this week, I have training at the horse-driving barn.
Tuesday, from 9a to noon I have some Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy followed by Tuesday night’s gym session. I’m already planning to hit Biceps and Triceps.
Wednesday night, I should be hitting Back and Shoulders if not Legs!!!
Followed by CRT again Thursday and whichever muscle group I didn’t hit Wednesday, Thursday night.
If the adjusted schedule holds Saturday, I’ll plan on doing another double circuit session.

5 minutes in total hitting the heavy bag
3+ sets(10 pushups)
