4.5 hours TUESDAY including ^ + 3 HOURS OF COGNITIVE REHAB THERAPY
4.5 hours WEDNESDAY including ^ 2 hours at my networking group – STEPS
5 hours THURSDAY including ^ + 3 HOURS OF COGNITIVE REHAB THERAPY + 2 HOURS OF ROCK CLIMBING
16 HOURS OF OUTPUT IN TOTAL/WEEK.
I love this Kyle. I think setting your goals on paper puts them in to action in your subconscious. Sharing them gives motivation.
