This morning’s routine slightly veered from the usual. It was already after 6 before I even looked at my phone. I realized then the coolness of not “intentionally” waking myself up and seeing 5:15 on my phone.
Get out of bed, walk to coffee machine, BE AN ADULT…

That’s a bowl of Special K AND BANANA I let soak and soften up while I put everything away using my feet to push myself backwards.
All said and done I had a complete breakfast 100% INDEPENDENTLY!
Oh! I ALSO took my Probiotics and hit the bag for 20 minutes somewhere in there too.
