Out of bed, slippers on and 8 ounces of Spark mixed…
GOT IT DONE!

“Yea, that’s not even half of my usual morning fluid consumption…”

Moving on, I def let my team know about sleeping conditions changing moving forward.  What you think might help, doesn’t always add to results.  NOTE THAT!
(I’m only speaking about pillow placement, but that observation can and should apply to many parts of life in different situations.)  (I think!)

I’m really feeling the need to mention it again. You should know my posts, entries and “content creations” are not completely made with your appreciation in mind.  They are strictly for my development, recovery and growth.
