Scripts Help!


So last night, while networking, I saw a guy’s post looking for nutritional advice.  I asked him to send me an email detailing his intake.

After consulting with a few friends in the field, I suggested he make a few changes.  Less protein and more carbohydrates.  Instead of 5 pounds of protein a week, shoot for about 4 pounds a month with continued physical activity.

I did not mention anything to him about the Starter Routine page on yet.   Hopefully he finds that and finds it useful.

If my trainer is a go tonight, Biceps and Triceps are going to be on the chopping block.  Keep Pushing!”
