Add Some Perspective!

Becoming increasingly comfortable sharing my personal thoughts and feelings towards things, I didn’t think was possible… but I like it.  In today’s post, I’d like to discuss how you can further succeed/ develop noticing the spectators.  You’re already in the Winners’ circle so don’t sweat a thing!

Sports Fitness Advisor reached out to me yesterday citing their thoughts on a post I wrote some time ago.  Jillian pointed to (https://www.kylekeech.com/2015/05/31/breathing-and-yelling/) and mentioned she saw that I read through a piece she also read through (https://stronglifts.com/5×5/).  Reading back through my post, the first thing I realized was that she commented on and liked a post I used words like the acronym “lol” in.

That’s not that important but it made me realize a few things.

CHECK THEIR STRENGTH TRAINING GUIDE OUT AT: (https://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/strengthtraining.html)

  1.  Do YOUR thing well, friends will appreciate it.
  2. If you’re anything like me, the more wandering eyes you can get watching you (including those of who aren’t in your corner), the more people you can prove wrong.  Use that.  You’re already doing more than what’s expected of you.  You are raising the bar not only on yourself, but also on every single person you come into contact with!

The post itself calls for you to do what you need to do to get ahead.  I cannot stress that enough.  “What’s more important?”  (You accomplishing and killing your goals to your greatest ability… OR you curtailing your output to suit everybody else’s’ opinion of what you can, should, or “ought” to be doing?

I think I know the answer – Keep Pushing!
