07/31 – Week 2

BACK IN ACTION! used to head many of my posts.  This morning I decided on putting BACK AND SHOULDERS on the chopping block!  Tomorrow is August 1st but tonight I’m going to stick with Week II. According to The Weekly Planner on KyleKeech.org, WEEK TWO  starts with Seated Lat Pulls.

You can just imagine how crucial LAT strength is in stabilizing your spine over your hips while standing.  That’s huge for where we see ourselves these days.  Proper leg strength and conditioning is covered in our Day I. template.  With legs getting stronger, focusing on the next sequential group of muscles responsible for standing straight and upright makes sense.
