MAKE THE CUT

Sincerely longing for and missing my usual weekly post yesterday is appreciated.
Having let that affect yesterday’s output is not.

LEG DAY for me was notable.  Adding another TEN POUND plate to the chain wrapped around my waist (instead of just a FIVE POUND plate) made me smile.  THAT’S 30 POUNDS IN TOTAL!
