First off, let me RE-emphasize it certainly does feel amazing to have so much support and know I was the one to design this life I’m living.  I really do not think I could have done a much better job.

 

LEGS & STOMACH TONIGHT!

That’s two full hours of pushing the limits starting at 5pm.  Box Squats, Hamstring Curls, Leg Extensions, Straight Leg Lifts, Ab Coaster, Roman Chair (crunches).
REMEMBER TO JOIN OUR TRAINING TEAM TO BE STEERED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WEEKLY, DAILY, HOURLY, AND EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY!
