This post was started at 10:05 this past Saturday night. Reason being, I’m just a bit too excited to think about anything else.
I’ll try to find the name of the exercise and type it in the comment area of this post on Facebook but this morning during my usual Saturday Morning Gym Session I not only did great doing the stomach crunches lying on the bench-press bench but I WAS able to bend my knees and act to crunch better than ever.
Not to mention that I officially discussed things with, and got permission from a fellow writer to share his article on TEAM-IBK’s new site.
