Excuse several past weeks missing their Friday entry. Things getting crazy being seen as a bad thing makes no sense. Oorah! Proceed.
I want to raise the expectation level today. Noted on Facebook will be a CHALLENGE I bestow upon you. Go ahead call me out for always trying to impose better nutrition on and in you, but witnessing results and testifying to their significance is important to me.
If you have indeed been paying attention and noting posts these past few weeks you’ll see experiments with brain enhancers, mixed routines and progress-supporting ways have led me to a few new found conclusions.
Hold up Kyle, are you about to give me the key to the mint?
Hahaha, you know it. Now with any supplement or “enhancement” additive, progress may seem super influential at first then have dissipating effects and significance in a matter of weeks or months.
To better illustrate this discovery, let me say yesterday I had one of my best performance days in therapy that I’ve had in a long time. Don’t get me wrong, things have really been looking up in terms of physical output and impressiveness.. BUT… yesterday for the first time ever my whole breakfast consisted of an Advobar Meal Bar and a glass of Spark. (Look for direct links on Facebook) Pushing the hardest you’ve ever pushed on every rep, without just saying it means you’re reaching that unrecognized level of ability.
