Training Memo.01

As hinted to, posts will now start to be directed towards our fighter in training and others alike. Discussions this past week touched on punching speed, rhythm and tempo. Before anything else, we believe ones breathing and cardiovascular patterns being in sync and properly supporting each other while increasing output is key.
