Momentum can hardly describe what I feel moving forward in life.  Excuse me centering this post on myself a bit, but progress is something to note.  “IT FEELS GREAT LET ME TELL YOU!”

Specifically, go ahead and check out the updated TeamIBK.com.  Contacts showing off THEIR progress is what it’s all about.  Motivating and encouraging the masses, that’s what I’m talking about.  To grow physically, mentally and spiritually, is not a joke.  It’s a goal one must make.
You know what that means too.  IT IS SOMETHING THAT IS GOING TO BE ACCOMPLISHED!

Editing my site this morning, I smirked thinking “Ha, I bet everyone that blew me off before wish they would have considered their own future a bit more.”  That’s on them is all I’m saying.  To be part of the muscle and strength TeamIBK displays without years of premeditation is impossible.  Make goals, KEEP PUSHING and dominate everything in life, your future, your potential, successes and uptime!

Downtime only exists when you’re recharging.  Excuse nothing.  Do not be overly considerate unless you have excess time.  Take care of yourself first.  Pray constantly, be respectful, listen always and shine.
